We can develop the initial design concept into a more detailed set of drawings suitable for Planning Applications. Where required, we can help achieving planning consent by complementing drawings with 3D visualisations and supporting documentation.
VISUALISATIONS AND RENDERING
Sometimes it is difficult to fully appreciate the design intent only using architectural drawings. Whether for marketing purposes, for your own understanding or as a planning requirement, at ECarchitectural we can bring a vision to life producing 2D or 3D visualisations and photorealistic CGI (computer generated image) in various styles and with the required level of details.
BUILDING REGULATIONS DOCUMENTATION
From fire plans to detail design and specifications we can assist in producing the supporting documentation required to demonstrate Building Control compliance.
DETAIL DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION
Once an initial design is agreed with the client, it is often advisable for the design to be developed in more details and a specification written to pen down exactly what is wanted. This ensures the contracting party knows exactly what to price, thus avoiding any contractual or performance shortcomings.
SITE ASSISTANCE AND INSPECTION
ECarchitectural can offer site assistance and site visits, including reporting general construction progress, ensuring there are no design or quality deviations, resolving any coordination issue as they may arise on site. Prior to handover we can carry out thorough site inspections and ensure all necessary testing and commissioning have taken place.
