Located in the Ravenscourt and Starch Green Conservation Area, Myrtle Villas are two semi-detached Victorian houses. No.24 was the subject of extensive "back to the brick" renovation work. With the addition of a rear conservatory and loft conversion, it was eventually transformed in a three bedroom house with en-suite bathrooms and ground floor WC. After obtaining planning consent ECarchitectural was involved with the building works up to practical completion.
