Tyneham Road, Shaftesbury Estate, Battersea

Following the approval of a complex planning application for a house extension within the Shaftesbury Estate Conservation Area, ECarchitectural has obtained similar planning approvals for a number of Victorian cottages on the same road. Two of these are illustrated on this page, boasting ground floor rear extensions and conversion of a London Butterfly roof. Both these houses were renovated in their entirety. Further work included discharge of planning conditions and detail design for party wall agreement and building control approval.
